Squire Park Plaza

Pacific Housing NW developed Squire Park Plaza, a mixed-use project in the Central Area, Seattle’s most ethnically diverse neighborhood. Extensive community involvement resulted in tremendous community acceptance. The project utilized New Market Tax Credits and HUD 108 loan to provide workforce housing and small business opportunities. The building is designed around a central courtyard surrounded by retail and with terraces overlooking the entry. The terraces, patios, decks and roof top gardens offer views of Mount Rainer, Puget Sound and the Seattle skyline.
