Colina

Colina connects the dots. Colina connects and strengthens the important urban spaces at the heart of Beacon Hill including the heavily used Beacon Hill Light Rail Transit Station Plaza. The project extends and embellishes the plaza contributing vibrant retail, outdoor seating, landscaping and eyes on the street. On the east side Colina offers another, quieter plaza to enhance the Roberto Maestas Festival Street.

Colina is actually two buildings, one building is a 40 unit apartment building with 4,000 sf of prominent retail across the alley from the 100 unit apartment building with 2000 sf of commercial space. Together the projects share a fitness room, roof top community room, two roof decks, both with spectacular views, a bike repair and bike court, and parking.
