Bayview, designed by Weinstein Architecture + Urban Planning, is an elegant gateway project sited at the northwest edge of the Beacon Hill town center. Responding to community request, the project provides family friendly units surrounding a courtyard.

Project amenities include a fitness room and you can enjoy spectacular sunset views from the 7th floor community room and the walk out deck. Views from these spaces and from the apartments span from the City of Seattle downtown skyline to the Olympics, West Seattle and Elliot Bay.
