17 North, the little brother of Site 17, was constructed on a tight 7,000 square foot, steep site. Taking cues from the funky former industrial Belltown neighborhood, 17 North adopts a funky artistic edge. Residents share the amenities at Site 17, across the street. Project was acquired and managed for Harbor Properties.
