The Press building was developed on the site of the Heath Brothers printing business on Capitol Hill. The brick façade, artistic tile, and street facing entry courtyard were design elements carefully chosen to emulate an elegant, traditional Capitol Hill residential building. 19th century charm in a 21st century building. The project was acquired and managed for the joint venture that was the Heath Brothers and Harbor Properties Inc.
